+x+x+x+x+xAmini has probably peaked. Podcast had Arnold all over him. He really likes him. The podcast was about ho Arnold flies around to visit players and has a great chat about life with them. I just really hope he can remember the football aspect when selecting. I feel McGree should be ahead of Amini. Mate, Amini has started week in week out in Europe for years now. Mcgree plays in the a-league against much weaker players. How can you put mcgree over Amini? Mcree dominates in a league that is only slightly weaker or even equal to the danish league, in which Amini is an average player +1 It surprises me that Amini continues to get the chances when his performances have been very average. He shows flashes of quality but lacks consistency. Amini's last season was pretty decent to be fair Yeah 'decent' in an average league... thays exactly our point

could see that happening mooy and trossard combinations on the left were looking very dangerous. hopefully this lineup happens again. with burn as well. the 3 of them down the left are super comfortable with the ball at their feet in tight spaces and can pass amongst crowded defences. thinking about it. david wagner is klopp's best friend. he probably asked klopp to nudge mooy to shalke for a reunification

The Wagner connection was the first thing that came to my mind, too.

Brighton is still a loan only. Schalke are pretty sound at the moment but will likely need more players for next season in Europe.

Jordan Holmes played for Ebbsfleet United last night in the national league. It’s only the 5th tier but good to see him starting again especially before the u/23 Olympic qualifiers coming up next month.

Rogic makes it 3:1. Quite lucky with the deflection but good positioning to get the shot away. He's off now on 67.

Mikey Johnston has returned from his injury in some fine form. First on Thursday night in Europe, and again so far tonight. Depends on how he kicks on in the coming weeks could play apart as to how many minutes Arzani may get once he gets up to speed with his fitness.

Behich starting and playing right-back against Antalyaspor Amini starting, Duncan/Gersbach bench Bozanic starting against Rangers Taggart got into great areas but was profligate; a couple of decent moment from Antonis. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z5WB2Ql36Aw
By now, American Samoa must have realised that Australias 22-0 win over Tonga two days earlier was no fluke.

Behich got a start at right back. He came off on 58 in an attacking reshuffle and they scored 2min later. Still decent to get some minutes.

+xTagz has officially won the K-League golden boot with 20 goals. Great achievement, this isn’t to be understated. For him to do that in that league is nothing short of remarkable. Hopefully a big move comes from it

+xAmini scored a 93rd minute ripper from about 25 yards to win 2-1 The throw-in immediately preceding his shot was a foul throw (both feet not touching the ground). I've seen a lot of foul throws in the past season or two in many leagues around the world and they very rarely get picked up. In the past you hardly ever saw foul throws, maybe because linesmen were strict with them. Don't know why this should have changed, as normally foul throws are the result of someone trying to throw as far as possible and hence get an advantage. I imagine the Danish league isn't using VAR, but I imagine VAR should be picking up foul throws that lead to goals???
