+xMabil was the top scorer this season for the best team in Denmark, I have to say I’m a little surprised by his progress thinking back to how green he was at Adelaide, but I think we were overdue for one of those exciting prospects to actually go on with it in Europe. I wonder where is next for him? Could he cut it in a mid table EPL club yet? Should that even be the goal? Also, in my mind as we build towards Qatar 2022, I think we’ve got a handful of spots in the first XI locked in barring massive crashes. GK - Ryan LB - ? CB - Degenek CB - Sainsbury RB - ? DM - Mooy DM - ? CAM - Rogic LW - Arzani RW - Mabil CF- ?
Biggest question mark for me is where tf is that striker coming from?
I think we’ll be fine in the DM area with the likes of Irvine, Luongo, Mcgree (although probably more likely to be challenging Rogic for number 10). Probably similarly LB with Gersbach, Smith, Elder all threatening to do something. GK - Ryan LB - Smith CB - Degenek CB - Sainsbury RB - Grant DM - Mooy DM - Irvine CAM - Rogic LW - Arzani RW - Mabil CF- Dykes

Mabil has done very well, one of the few recent cases of aleague players cementing themselves in the European level with regular football.

It’s exciting to know Mabil is only 24. Fingers crossed he continues his upward trajectory.

Luongo having a good full game in a 0-3 win at QPR going off text updates, hitting the upright from outside the box early in the game and assisting a couple of scoring attempts.

Langerak and Deng starting Shimizu currently losing 1-0 to Gamba. It could be their fourth loss in a row, including three at home. Still early days... Joey Gibbs has scored four goals in four games for Keflavik in Iceland's second divison.
By now, American Samoa must have realised that Australias 22-0 win over Tonga two days earlier was no fluke.

Big wins for Bournemouth and Villa. Brighton 5 points clear with 3 games to go. Should be sorted very soon. Tricky games for Villa and Bournemouth but Brighton need to watch out.

You’d have to wonder how much longer Clemovski will last.

Eighteen year-old Doorbar-Baptist joined Forest last year after successfully trialling with the second division outfit. After battling a broken ankle and then returning to Australia to ride out the coronavirus, the defender will return to the UK this month to continue his development at the City Ground. Doorbar-Baptist has been moved up into Forest’s Under-23s from the Under-18s and is loving his time at this historic 155-year-old club.

Hull getting absolutely slaughtered by Wigan, 7-0 at HT. Elder starting, unfortunately, although the text updates have only mentioned him once. Hull very likely to find themselves in League One next season.

Hull very likely to find themselves in League One next season. A bloodbath. One or two moaning about him on Twitter but it can't entirely be him. This is the same season I saw them destroy Fulham 3:0 away. Elder had a top game that day. He's still waiting for that cap. He's exactly what Arnold likes with his attacking play. His defending reminded me of Risdon. Generally gets it but can get turned and you hope he recovers quickly. Accurate left peg.

It’s so weird seeing 8 goals scored by a team that isn’t Man City / Liverpool / Chelsea etc. How tf does Wigan even do that.

What do you think of this decision? Seems very harsh on Taggart. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bxlACsa_6BA (4:30)

Ridiculous. Keeper should be given a yellow for jumping into his own man the clown. Taggart didn't have any contact at all.
