I think he only started first team training a couple of weeks ago. Still probably a couple more away. Wright on the bench Has Inman sworn an allegiance yet? He's starting.
By now, American Samoa must have realised that Australias 22-0 win over Tonga two days earlier was no fluke.

Davidson playing very high up the park, the commentators just mentioned it, said his team mates should honour his runs more. Actually doing quite well so far, getting in some good attacking positions on the left hand side and being involved in some nice attacking build up.

Nah just updates. I'm watching West Brom, Davidson's looking ok.

Dyer gets behind Davidson for goal number three. Not all his fault, but he's subbed off directly afterwards.
Guess there's no streams of the Swindon game.

Admittedly im not watching but davidson seems to have pretty excellent stats
I get the impression that positional awareness is the most important trait in the epl

Davidson was good going forward with some crisp passing, but his defending has been woeful. He let the opposition players get in behind him way too often.

This is the main problem with his game as it was in holland. Howeverr I think some are expecting too much too soon. The guy is very young and it's his first start. It will take him some time to adjust to the epl. If he can work hard and get some game time, even if it's off the bench then he could make a real go of it next season.

Aljay wrote:I remember a few forums years ago that used to have a goals scored table for OS Aussies. Would be an awesome addition to this thread. Not sure I'm on here often enough to maintain it, but any for regulars it would be a great idea. Thoughts?
That is, unless there is another one online that gets updated regularly . Got info since the 8th of August. Only competitive matches of those in Socceroos contention. Goal stats should be accurate, Assists may not (unrecorded assists): Jedinak - 1 assist McDonald - 1 assist R.Edwards - 1 assist Luongo - 1 goal, 1 assist Kilkenny - 1 goal Inman - 2 goals, 1 assist Leckie - 1 goal, 1 assist Oar - 2 assists Wilkshere - 1 assist Mrcela - 1 goal Giannou - 2 goals Kennedy - 1 goal Cahil - 1 assist Haven't included this weekend yet, which means Edwards is + 1 assist and Mcdonald has a goal.
