I think that's probably it for Rhys now, if this is another long injury then surely no club in England would be game enough to take the gamble. Spiranovic was fairly injury prone before he came to the A League wasn't he? maybe a stint at home will do Rhys some good

Even if it's minor, surely there's no way back now in time for the Asian Cup, should someone else need replacing.
Pity, would have liked to have had an RB option that had played at least two minutes in the last few months. Pity we don't have, say, a player in that position playing every week for a club like Feyenoord.

We should never give up on Williams. Leon Andreasen, A Hannover player, was out from mid 2009 until mid 2012 with a few long term injuries and played perhaps 9 games in 3 years. All hope had been lost. Upon returning, he scored 5 goals in the first 3 games and had a very stellar 18 months before injuring another part of his body and has been out since August last year. Williams is definitely up there with Badstuber but I hope he won't be a Deisler. That's just cruel.
