Sadly, he'll probably still end up getting dropped for the next game.

Irvine for me is proof how much better t is to play full age pro ball as oppossed to under 21 we have too many under 21 epl players would love to see more in the spl league 1 or championship if possible.

Sainsbury posted he got 45 minutes in this morning. Assuming for the reserves. Shouldn't be too far away hopefully.

tsf wrote:Sadly, he'll probably still end up getting dropped for the next game. Do you mean for tomorrow morning? Yeah very little chance of him playing in the UCL but they have St. Johnstone at home on the weekend so should play then. Also if Celtic loses tomorrow I wonder if any players will push towards the exit. I am guessing it would confirm Van Dijk but that wouldn't effect Rogic's chances. The one that would is Johansen who may want to go to a bigger league without that champions league and if some clubs are looking to turnaround bad starts to the see they may panic and put in an offer Celtic will accept. I doubt he could have done much more on loan for the last two seasons for Celtic to look at him and if he was in one of our less stable positions (eg. fullback) he would have more caps for the national team. He is playing the same opposition as Rogic and has played a full 90 minutes in over 20 league games in both of the last two seasons, Mark Milligan has only done that twice (partially due to A-league season lengths). Irvine has gone from well behind players like Brad Smith (different position, I know) to a national team selection while Brad Smith should be regretting ending his Swindon loan early. This is not to say I think Brad Smith is bad but where is he? he isn't even in Liverpool U21 squads atm. I think if we can get enough people to remember him he will have to re-appear. Moofa - Just re: Brad Smith's departure from Liverpool - they recalled him. I'm not sure how much say he had in the matter, but Liverpool were short of squad options mid that season. If they're recalling you early from loan, I suppose it's pretty damn hard to refuse that recall, infact I'm not sure that's even possible? :-k http://www.thisisanfield.com/2014/10/liverpool-recall-left-back-brad-smith-alberto-moreno-questions-raised/ - October 2014 ... paladisious wrote:moofa wrote:This is not to say I think Brad Smith is bad but where is he? he isn't even in Liverpool U21 squads atm. Bloke should be on the side of milk cartons by now. ...I'm sure a number of us were watching closely around this time, especially as Smith had just featured with Ange's Socceroos too. The Swindon manager certainly was not happy to let him go. But we were vaguely optimistic that Rodgers may've had plans to elevate him? Whether he did or didn't, I vaguely recall fitness/injury issues got in the way some point - granted I'm not sure he's ever been seriously considered for a while now? :-k Swindon's manager seemed keen to bring him back - so why it can't be re-arranged... less Swindon have their own options now or perhaps again, Smith has fitness issues. :/ Edited by GloryPerth: 25/8/2015 06:31:41 PM

Monaco v Valencia in the morning. Maty should have plenty of work to do.
By now, American Samoa must have realised that Australias 22-0 win over Tonga two days earlier was no fluke.

Looking back to Aug 7 we see this photo Looking at the background we see a few boxes like he has been packing so obviously going somewhere. At the same time he is getting his muscle food sponsor, which as you pointed out has him doing a promotion on chicken. And who is the biggest chicken producer in the UK, Moy Park located at 39 Seagoe Industrial Estate. From there it is hard because he is split but two football clubs but I think it is safe to say he is moving: Strange move and it will interesting to see if Ange is prepared to pick someone playing in the NIFL Premiership for the national team.

Hoping a Championship club has picked him up.

I wonder how strong a team Fulham will put out, Taggart possibly get a run? last game he played in for the U23's was a 3-0 loss to Wolves on Friday and he was subbed at halftime. Hopefully the early substitution was so he could play tonight

Maybe I just missed it but Ivan Vujica (at Dinamo Zagreb) played for the Croation U19's in a tournament in Japan earlier this month which they won. Well I don't know if he played but he was in the squad at least. http://www.hrsport.net/vijesti/488811/nogomet-reprezentacija/izabranici-ferde-milina-pobjedom-protiv-spanjolske-do-prvog-mjesta-u-shizuoki/

Some posts on Twitter blaming Ryan for the goal but from the video clip here it didn't seem like there's much he could do: https://twitter.com/Eurosport_IT/status/636252977590870016

His sight must have been really bad there. His normal reactions to shots like that are different.
