Transfer conspiracy theories aside, I'm not surprised Rogic isn't being used yet. The lad is made of glass and that artificial surface hardly looks like the best place for him to be playing half fit.

Good result for Celtic. Expecting Celtic to give Rogic a start at home.

Why are Rogers and Celtic fans talking up this result? Celtic should be beating teams like this even if it's an away game. A draw isn't a win and I hate to see people celebrate draws.

Because for us, winning any away game in Europe is an absolute rarity. It is an objectively good result for us against a team that was in last years Champions League Group stage. FC Astana aren't mugs, Benfica, Atletico and Galatasary couldn't beat them in Kazakhstan and we are still in pre-season.
Last time we went to Kazakhstan on an artificial surface we got pumped.

You can talk all you want about the quality of opposition but winning away in the Champions League qualifiers is extraordinarily hard.

Its like winning in Oman on a donkey track its hard to do...

I've been away for 6 weeks or so, been following a bit overseas but not as much as usual, question more for melbourne terrace and other Celtic fans.

Does Rogic not fit into Rodgers system? Does he think Rogic isn't good enough? Tom was one of Celtic's best last season and Delia seemed to really like him. What is it?

rodgers is playing 3 in the middle. that means you need a well rounded three. rogic is pretty useless in defence and transition. he is only just starting to put work in. rodgers also like to play fairly high tempo, which requires fitness/stamina. something that rogic is lacking. rogic goes missing in games and when you only have 3 in midfield it hurts.

lennon tried to work rogic as a deep sitting midfielder - probably just because of his size - and it was a failure. probably had a lot to do with his injuries.

I pretty sure beIN Sport are broadcasting matches from the next round of qualifies onwards.

Probably the best spot for Rogers to put Rogic is as second striker beside Griffiths.
