Good article to put up, Coachzone.

It is interesting to read about his insecurities. It must happen to all results based coaches at some point in time.

I certainly share Keith's beliefs about development coaching.

However, I disagree with his assertion that 80% of coaching is mental.

I agree with the coaches who have coached at a higher level than Keith, where they contend he is too simple in his approach. I think the problem he has is that he has come from an American soccer culture. This is not based on a top world acclaimed model. I wonder if Keith has done any coaching courses outside the USA?
