Very interesting having to deal with complacent players who think they are pretty good, when they have many areas they need to improve.

I'm not sure if Keith did his AFC B Licence here in Australia or somewhere else in Asia? There is a contention they are easier to obtain offshore.

One aspect of the Australian FFA B Licence, I'm assuming if it is like the FFA C Licence, would be to constantly evaluate players and see where they need to improve individually, and, collectively as part of a team.
