Don't know if it's true, but I was having a chat and the word is that there is be a "big announcement" made at the Thursday game.
I'd like to put forward a number of speculative guesses:
10. Paartalu to be re-signed as a marquee for 10 years. 9. Club mascot family increase to include a short angry mascot to be known as "Rocky". 8. Ticket prices to only go up a few % more than the CPI next year. 7. New training ground announced, but still closed to public anyway. 6. Nijland and Lustica to be given 3 year contracts after "solid popular performances". 5. Training to be cut back to one day a week next year to prevent early peak in performance. 4. Club to provide beanies for members next year instead of scarves, as scarves too warm. 3. Matt Jurman to be groomed for Captaincy. 2. Lucas Neill to play guest stint after he finishes guest stints at other A League clubs. and 1. Ange Postecoglu announced as next season's Coach!
Yes it's all in fun not a serious troll. :d

One of my favourite moments against the Smurfs, he made Milligan look like a right tit. Neat clip - woh, Poppa on Minnicon there, interesting... Funny how the world turns. That was Poppa's last season wasn't it? Retired not too far into his return to Australia to play in the A-League. Anyway, now Poppa is coaching Minniecon and co, and leading them to success above the expectations of most! Mind you, Minniecon hasn't taken off as much as he would've hoped since that time, but Poppa has given him a chance to get back into it with Wanderers and he's working to do that. You wonder if Minniecon has 'dared' to remind 'coach' Poppa of that penalty, this season? Edited by Gloryperth: 28/3/2013 12:16:44 AM

He was set for some really big things if he stayed at the Roar. But instead he chased the dollars which all but wrecked his career. A great example of why money should never be the first priority of a young footballer.

Yup Albany creek has passed 10 000 point and have chosen to use it on having the roar play a preseason math at their club.

Quote: Albany creek has passed 10 000 point and have chosen to use it on having the roar play a preseason math at their club. I am not let down at all by this announcement. Albany Creek clearly have the numbers up and it's now behoves Roar to set forth their best in a winner-takes-all deathmatch of algebra and trigonometry. Can see Jurman dropped yet again for this big math. :) :-"
