This thread aims to provide both a database of Australian coaches and managers overseas, as well as providing regular updates on the progress of the both individual and the club they are involved with in a relevant capacity.
If you are aware of any coach or staff member of a club overseas that I am missing, please feel free to post it here or PM with a name and/or club that they are involved in.
Also, anyone who has been involved with these people either in the past or currently, please feel free to post analysis or opinion. If you don't want to put your name to a particular comment, PM me and I'll post with anonymously.

The main two that come to mind are Nathan Hall and Arthur Papas - both very young, very ambitious guys currently working in India.

Chris Sharpe is the GK coach at Colorado Rapids. (United States) Arthur Papas is head coach at the Pailan Arrows. (India) Nathan Hall is head coach at United Sikkim. (India) David Perkovic is head coach at Kaya FC. (Philippines) Jon Brady is head coach at Brackley Town. (England) Darren Stewart is head coach at Balestier Khalsa. (Singapore)
I'll do my best to keep track of them all and try and do updates weekly or so.

Initial Update (23/4/2013):
Chris Sharpe (Colorado Rapids, United States): In charge of the form GK in the league, with three MOTM performances in his last 4 games (before weekend starting Saturday 20th).
Arthur Papas (Pailan Arrows, India): currently sits 11th with 23 points in 24 games, but should survive relegation.
Nathan Hall (United Sikkim, India): Currently sits 14th with just 2 wins from 24 games after gaining promotion (before Hall took over). They will be relegated.
David Perkovic (Kaya FC, Philippines): lead the side to a 2nd place finish in 2012 and currently sit 4th in the UFL.
Jon Brady (Brackley Town, England): Guided his side to promotion from the conference South last season, as well as minor cup success. They currently sit 3rd in the Conference North, and look likely to gain a 2nd successive promotion (into the national conference).
Darren Stewart (Balestier Khalsa, Singapore): lead his side to the domestic cup title and 6th place in the S-League in 2012.

I have a feeling we will see him pop up again soon though.

Update (29/4/13)
Chris Sharpe (Colorado Rapids, United States): Gk coach for Clint Irwin. Irwin conceded an unstoppable drive from 18 yards in the 66th minute, but had a very solid game including atleast 1 spectacular reflex save. Colorado 1 Houston 1.
Arthur Papas (Pailan Arrows, India): suffered a 2-0 loss against 10th place Mohun Bagan. Papas' side drop to 12th, and edge closer to relegation.
Nathan Hall (United Sikkim, India): No match information yet.
David Perkovic (Kaya FC, Philippines): Last played Tuesday 24th. Managed a 3-3 draw with Green Archers United. Kaya went up 3-2 in the 89th minute only for the Green Archers to equalise in stoppage time. Kaya stay in 9th position.
Jon Brady (Brackley Town, England): Managed a 4-3 victory against Boston United. Brackley were up 3-1 at half time. The win secures 3rd place and pole position in the play-offs to reach England's 5th tier.
Darren Stewart (Balestier Khalsa, Singapore): Last played Tuesday 24th. Lost 1-0 to Albirex Niigata, the score was 0-0 at half time. His side remain 9th.

Appropriately for a forum about player development - it's worth noting that Papas's side is a development team with an average age of something like 21. They also have no visa players because it's thought that this would be detrimental to Indian development.

Jon Brady lost his 1st leg play off game 2-1 (Away from home)
Not a terrible result because he got the away goal, but he'll be disappointed to have lost that to a team ranked lower than him.

Jon Brady's Brackley Town won their 2nd leg play-off 3-0 (4-2). They move into the play off for a chance at back to back promotions and a season in the English 5th tier.
Chris Sharpe's GK Clint Irwin kept another clean sheet in a 1-0 over Toronto. Irwin was AGAIN named man of the match.

darren stewart is a club legend at my local state league side i spent 5+ years at. he gets the good few players in the club over to singapore each year for a trial. i'm almost confident he's managed to get a couple of coaches over there also, i'll dig up some more info.
will also look into the possibility of getting an interview with him if you're interested? either when he's over there, or i usually catch him at the pub when he comes home for holidays.

Pretty sure he has an Aussie in his squad at the moment. I'm going to E-Mail Brackley Town too and see if Jon Brady ios up to answer a few questions.

Pretty sure he has an Aussie in his squad at the moment. upon some googling it looks like a nz'er. he usually has a few aussie boys in his youth side - my team had a couple of boys offered youth contracts but either homesickness, not enough money, or couldn't deal with the heat made them refuse them. the first thing they get young aussies to do when trialling is run a beep test when the sun is highest/hottest & if they can't get more than 10, they won't even look at how they play. it's just the nature of the league over there.

Hey Eastern Glory. Cool idea! I was just having a think, what do you think about the idea of with a listing of each coach/manager/staff member we also list their licenses, badges and qualifications? And instead of focussing solely on overseas Aussie coaches, we could make a database of all Aussie coaches, overseas or not?
If you're not up for it, I can create another thread and get started with it?
What do everyone else think?

What do everyone else think? Awesome idea but I don't think you realise how many Aussie coaches there are out there  For example, I know a guy with a B license coaching U11s, and I assure you there are hundreds just like him around the country. If you're keen to start a list, then go for it! But I'll do my best to keep this one going, I've gotten a bit lazy on it already

Yeah I have my sticky up the top that has been going alright, but I haven't been around for AGES so it's suffered a bit. Will get back onto that. I suppose I should collect the stats/names first before I create a thread anyway.
