Hey guys. Just a little video I found that was uploaded this month. It's only four minutes long but includes some interviews with Jens Lehmann and other ex players about what they think about how UEFA is going about educating a new generation of coaches and managers.

Good video, Draupnir.=d>

Even with former top players like Effenberg and Lehmann talking about the value of coaching conferences, and sharing information, there are still innumerable coaches in Sydney and Melbourne who are realcitrant and resisitant to FFA coach education. ](*,)

Feel your pain, mate. Maybe it'd be something worth looking at for the FFA to get some "marquee" former players who are currently doing their badges over in Australia for clinics. I mean, imagine the interest if Lehmann was going along to a talk over here? Personally I would be there in a second if I knew Effenberg would be going along.

If it was someone like Viduka involved I think it would convince a lot of the doubters - I think that'd be a sad commentary that it would take a "big name" to convince people, but I still think it would work.

The message is still open to individual interpretation. They need to be precise.
