Way too hot in North Sydney today. The heat was making me so delirious I nearly accidentally voted for Tony Abbot!

Snakes have been active for a while. I've seen lots of baby brown snakes around lately.

Just another day in paradise up here.
By now, American Samoa must have realised that Australias 22-0 win over Tonga two days earlier was no fluke.

Yeah. Overcast in Sydney today. Out here in Milperra it's got that feel of possible showers, perhaps a storm in the evening if this humidity sticks around.

Pretty sure a mini tornado hit the house around midnight, never heard anything like it. Southern metro quite prone to tornadoes.

Conditions are a lot nicer here in Sydney today than they were yesterday. Yesterday was stupidly hot a windy, and due to the bushfires out west - smokey as fuck. Nice spring day today, mid-late 20s, blue sky, few fluffy white clouds chillin' the fuck out in the sky.

The weekend didn't know what it wanted to do - hot, cold, overcast, mild, massive rain & storms. A bit of everything!

Yeah the rain is more & more likely in Lake Mac. Hasn't hit yet, but fully expecting it. As long as it's not pouring when I play Soccer5s tonight, I'll be happy

I had fun driving home with at 10cm of water on the road with the wind both trying to lift the car off the road and whipping the water back up off the road into a mist. In the more sheltered spots the mist is thick enough that you can barely see past the bonnet.

Has a storm in Brisbane last night for a short period then is just poured heavy most of the night. Slept with the window open. Nothing beats the sounds of rain and the fresh air that accompanies it.
