Saw a red belly black Snake just nearly house.

Snakes have been active for a while. I've seen lots of baby brown snakes around lately.

Pretty sure a mini tornado hit the house around midnight, never heard anything like it. Southern metro quite prone to tornadoes.

It's been a bit breezy here lately.

Planes have been diverted away from Wellington, trees are down, and power is out in parts of the capital this morning after winds near 150kmh tore through town.

Conditions are a lot nicer here in Sydney today than they were yesterday. Yesterday was stupidly hot a windy, and due to the bushfires out west - smokey as fuck.

Nice spring day today, mid-late 20s, blue sky, few fluffy white clouds chillin' the fuck out in the sky.

A bit colder than the last few days today.

Cold couple of days after three weeks of amazing weather

Thunderstorms and destructive winds warning for perth to SW

Lovely overcast day today in Brisbane. First time weve had an overcast day in a while. I just love those overcast rainy days.

Oh shit hail

I had fun driving home with at 10cm of water on the road with the wind both trying to lift the car off the road and whipping the water back up off the road into a mist. In the more sheltered spots the mist is thick enough that you can barely see past the bonnet.

Although annoying at times, I'm happy we're actually having a "real" winter in Perth for once.

Has a storm in Brisbane last night for a short period then is just poured heavy most of the night. Slept with the window open. Nothing beats the sounds of rain and the fresh air that accompanies it.
