Reina is still a top class keeper, he keeps being left exposed by Skrtel and Agger. It doesn't matter how good a keeper you are, if your CB's aren't on the same page you're going to be left exposed like he was for City's second.

They've all put their City jerseys in storage and have their United jerseys back on.

........................................... there is no excuse NO exucse for a keeper to chase a player going for the ball outside the box even if it is one on one. IF reina stayed the man city player would not of even got a shot on goal. Stupid decision by reina and it is about the 5 mistake big mistake he has that has led to a goal. Better then jones yes of course but jones looks more steady and not gona make rash decisions like reina both are not number 1 none are consistent enough. Liverpool need someone else. If jones could just get over the little mistakes would be such a better keeper.

That ball should never have made its way behind the defensive line in the first place. That onus is on the defenders. Granted, it wasn't a good decision but Reina should never have had to make that call. Most of the mistakes Reina has made this season have just been flow-on from defensive errors from the back four because of poor communication or technique.

If every keeper got shit-canned in the same way people are calling for Reina to be moved along, players like Buffon, Valdez, Hart and even Casillas would all be headed down to the unemployment office.

Skrtel had it covered, and probably would have got there first, but he drops back because he saw Reina coming. Least that's what it looks like to me.
