Done, but some of those questions were ridiculous, specifically the "Personality attributes".

"How do I rate Shell as a 'tough personality'." or
"How important is a 'down to earth personality' when purchasing petrol"

As well as the "Strongly Disagree" to "Strongly Agree" ratings, there should be a "WTF does that even mean?" option.

I tried to do the survey but unfortunately I was unable to complete it. It did not allow me to only answer the questions to which I felt I could give an accurate answer.

petszk some of the questions had not important - very important, I wonder if all of them were meant to have that instead of Strongly Disagree - Strongly Agree.

In my opinion not a very well designed survey but I hope everything goes well and you get some useful responses.

I agree it wasn't one of my better ones - some of the theory crap (including that personalities stuff which isn't particularly useful at all) we had to include unfortunately due to criteria.
