Ebay's probably your best bet. There used to be a site that did old jerseys (last season's etc.) for about $15 but I can't remember the name to see if it's still around.

Not 100% sure, all I know is sometimes you can pick up some kits fairly cheaply. Had last years Barca kit home and away for $25 each a couple of weeks ago
