I have to do an assignment where I have to compare my own results in the following fitness tests to those of a professional athlete in my chosen sport. I was wondering if anyone knows what the expected results for a professional footballer are for the following tests: beep test, hand dynamometer, sit ups in 60 seconds, sit and reach flexibility test, body fat percentage, vertical jump test, 45.7m sprint test, Illinois agility test, stork stand balance test, dynamic balance test or reaction time test?
I can find info for some of the tests such as beep test but I am struggling for many of the others
