This guy was my hero on FIFA 07 & 08 ... So much pace!
Played 29 games last season, more than he played in the 6 years before. If fit he'd be a fantastic Hersi replacement and addition to the league.

As stated last season he looked to get his career back on track after a number of year of nothing. Not sure if that was due to injuries or what.
Seems to be a direct replacement for Hersi down the right
To be honest I know little about him but what I've seen from his channel I that he is essentially a Hersi V2 as you mentioned

Was very fast then broke down with injuries year after year from memory.
Played in Dutch second division last season, but if fit could prove handy. He'd be a gamble, but then so was Hersi.

Not so.
RKC Waalwijk
came 16th in the Eredivisie (top division)
last season
, and lost the 3rd round relegation/promotion
play-off against Excelsior
. So he's actually had recent experience in the top division (last 2 seasons), albeit for a small club (7500 seat stadium, and according to
transfermarkt
he's the most valuable player there)

Looks like a decent signing, its smart for the wanderers to go after a hersi like player.
