A-league clubs all have a heap of volunteers behind the scenes. Some work very hard too.

As for the stretcher job, ive only ever gone on once and that was to carry Birighitti off when he collided with Brockie a few years ago.
I expect to get on the field a lot in the Asian Cup lol

The missus is doing a marketing role at Newy, mainly brand protection I think.

I offered to volunteer but apparently the role of Coach for the Australian National Team was already occupied.

I tried volunteering but apparently missed the cutoff.

I think I've done enough by buying tickets to matches that involve Qatar and the UAE playing at ANZ.

You had to apply back in March. Went through application process, then interviews, then a long wait.

Im doing my stretcher job that i do for the jets, but figured someone else here might be doing something too?
Went to the 'welcome' drinks and nibblies at Newcastle recently. Most volunteers seemed to be in the older category.
