I think quite a fair few on here have done the community courses and there are a few aswell that have completed a few Professional pathway courses not to mention some overseas ones. Every course or conference I attend I learn something and quite often come away completely changing my mindset in coaching. Keep going mate I did the C license in 2013 and it changed everything for me, I will probably do the B later this year to now that most of the C content has finally started to sink in.

I'm interested in how many of you have done coaching courses and at what level you are now coaching?

I started coaching my youngest at U7's and again last year in U8's. I did the Grassroots Certificate which totally changed my mindset from when I was playing many years ago.

Then last year I also took my oldest U11's team and completed the Skill Training Certificate.

I'm keen to do more courses when I get time and continue to learn. What I was able to do for the kids last year was much greater with the knowledge learnt from those courses than I would have otherwise been able to.

I'm keen to hear from others.
