Hoffenheim (Bundi 1) 3 DF Jin-su Kim played only 7 games out of 17 in bundi 1 for Hoffenheim (defender but I think he played a forward v Oman (?) )
Mainz 05 (whipping boys of Bundi 1 - Robben publicly stated he feels sorry for them in the last game) 13 MF Koo Ja-cheol - played 11 out of 17 games 1 goal 6 DF Park Joo-ho - featured in 7 out of 17 games (6 90 minute games) (another defender that played an attacking role v Oman (?)
Swansea City (Premier League) 16 MF Ki Sung-yueng (Captain) featured 21 games and scored 3 goals - regular starter
Bolton Wanderers (Championship 2nd tier England) 17 MF Lee Chung-yong - featured 26 games and 3 goals. regular starter Koo was injured early on the reason for not that many games

Korea were good without being great. Neither team really looked threatening in the final 3rd and it came as a goalkeeper howler to separate them. I'd feel pretty confident if we can fix our defensive frailties to top the group, but based off performances its clearly a weak spot for us.

This Ibrahim Raed looks alright, only 22. Whole Omani squad plays domestically except for Al Habsi, doubt they get as much as their gulf neighbours...

Any decent shot he just parries right back out for a shooting chance, and they score from it, quite poor for a keeper. But he's a beast. If only that equated to being a good keeper. I'll be fair, I was critical of this with Schwarzer who over time improved the way he parried it, but was still not great.

SK will probably be one of those teams that "grow" into the tournament.

Oman look weak.
Korea nothing special so far, they got pace which can hurt us but they somewhat seem uncomfortable with the ball as we were for large parts against Kuwait.

Korea nicking the rebound off a long shot just before half time.
I feel much better watching both team's performances.

Oman look weak in transition. That will be a key for us to exploit in the next game.
