Hi everyone, i am starting up a football team in All Age Mens with West Pennant Hills Cherrybrook FC. We currently have 9 players with mixed ability ranging from never played, to players who have played all age division 2. In particular we require a Goalkeeper in addition to the 9 additional outfield players we are seeking.

Just keep in mind though that this is a social team, so a positive attitude and team work is all that is required

Not too sure, the less experienced guys want div 23 the more want a higher level. Im thinking around the div 15 mark. What div you guys play?

I played AA once, its crap because they don't have refs at that level most of the time,

I play 19s and our team is made up of a few ex-prems players right down guys playing their first year. Last season we won as high as 8-1 and lost out final 3-1 against an excellent side who had one player that should be playing NPL.

The Hornsby Gladesville comp is a much better level than Granville and after the first 2 divisions, it's very mixed. We used to train against the 3s and would regularly beat them.
