Sexy football is winning football..... makes italy one of the most successful international team ever. I think being half italian makes me appreciate this style of football... hate my club to play it, don't mind my NT to do it as long as they play the sexy football (winning).

Am I the only one that likes the Iranian playing style? Very well organised, tight defence and fast physical counter attacks. No time wasting or play acting, it was like watching a team full of Emertons the way they rode any tackle. Their number 6 was brilliant in the screening role and their left side absolutely killed it. Amiri was by far the best on the field.

I saw it that Iran "parked the bus" 'cause they were frightened of the opposition. I didn't see them play Bosnia (in the WC), but it would be interesting to have seen what went wrong for them in that game?
