If certain posters offend you that much, write a chrome extension to replace the contents of their posts with something pleasant, such as a filler picture. Fairly trivial to do with a weekends worth of messing around using an existing plugin as a template (eg: the stop tony meow plugin). Just a matter of locating the tags in the rendered HTML and replacing the text between them (can also be done for other posters quoting the person you're trying to block.) Blacklist can be stored in a file locally and updated as necessary.
