Sad to say, but I kind of agree. In regards to 'technicalities' etc... it's not 'quite as bad', in the scheme of things? Not trying to apply a 'relative level' to these things though and people bringing up Bulut's bad record are right to, too, and that would come up in the place that counts - in legal terms and court.

Putting it another way and even more sadly perhaps, given Bulut's record or record with 'his associates' IIRC (Which a judge warned him about, before?!) - he/WSW are lucky, as 'it perhaps could've been worse'? But that's a low bar to measure and with the very high standards Poppa sets, this indiscretion won't be taken lightly, I'm sure, and nor should it be. It's about discipline on and off the field - we saw how Glory and Lowe responded to Keogh and Risdon (Fines), and expect WSW and Poppa to make some adjustment too.

Never heard of such a silly thing as being charged with intimidation, sounds quite dumb/uneducated

I suppose we 'could' say he's only just returned home and temporarily back-slid/forgotten about the temptations of bad habits - Hopefully this a wake-up call of the negative repercussions of such rendezvous, especially when you are supposed to be a professional athlete too, let alone being a productive citizen and tax-payer. Having a manager like Poppa too - that could be arguably a reason he joined WSW as much as any and if any A-League coach could help steer/keep Bulut on path, then that man may be Poppa? But Poppa and WSW can only do so much and it's up to he and his social agency too. Again, the Judge warned him about hanging around that bunch of mates of his and their negative influence. I think much worse could await, if he fails to heed that warning again. This current charge and scenario sounds like it had the potential to be worse - as often these things do. FTR It's not hard to believe or a far bridge to cross - I'm sure a few of us have seen some infamous YT videos of some unruly customers at fast food joints at times and the criminal behaviour they fall into. The WORSSSSSSSSST place for this behaviour late in the baby boom stages when people were smoking coffee's like it was some kind of new age youth formula was the NBA, and they labelled this behaviour towards referee's as 'Demonstrative'.

And players were getting ejected left right and centre and charged under this meaning of the action. It was the worst phenomenon I've seen in any sport, absolutely bat shit fucking crazy. It's sad, brain explosions and snapping left right and centre.. juiced up frigging egomaniacal idiot players just losing it left right and center. They had to invent this new term just to try and stop the behaviour ,.. kept getting worse and worse

We want it all and want it now. Instant and then throw it away - the cycle is short, things get old even quicker. It's all disposable, in-built entropy. Consume and dispose - Just like Fast Food. Little wonder Fast Food joints are almost the Mecca for such types, to congregate. Lower standard of food, lower standard of behaviour - but now I stereotype. :p

Demonstration - the pov of Bulut and co. Intimidation - the pov of the victim/s. The pov of the victims dictates the language in these things. Bulut and his pals may 'demonstrate' quite regularly when they are out in public spaces, their overt masculinity, but for some others that may be 'Intimidation'. Ahh pov, perhaps it's just intimidating entering those joints - the smell of fat and grease, the prospect of all those calories - all that extra weight - the idea you will be hungry again, shortly after and have to feed that growing beast inside of you. And how far do their products travel and what processes do they go through, to produce what's in that wrapper? It's not just intimidating, it's just plain scary, tbh. :p
