Chelsea womens /girls cof e has the worse talent id .
To get a trial at even u13 you have needed to have played for another gcoe or England, even though England don't start until u15.Other clubs like arsenal will run open trials.

arse are even worse, 30 mins of keep ball is all that is required to assess from FA trained TD in talent id.
the 3rd outfit was even funnierat looking at 50 players with no numbers on bib or hand etc.
Any way at the south coast outfit , professional extensive trialling, TD even wants to play player up and a 2 year age band.
