For everyone's reference - if I'm playing FIFA online it's on my little lad's account, hence the "DeathMachineNH" handle. If you go online and any game other than FIFA is being played, it's the lad (who's 11, so watch you're language!!). If it's FIFA it's me, because he doesn't play the game (sad child, I failed as a parent).

Have you tried the reset trick? Hold down the power button until you hear a couple of beeps, then unplug for 5 minutes and should be right when you turn it back on.
