Warner Bros have purchased the film rights to Houses of Deceit, an upcoming book by BuzzFeed investigative reporter about American FIFA corruption whistle-blower Chuck Blazer. Affleck and Damon will produce the movie which will look at Blazer’s involvement in the widespread corruption surrounding the football league. Let’s hope the film does better than the FIFA-funded movie United Passions, which was savaged by critics and bombed at the box office.
