With us rarely bothering to show up the Thais are the big fish in the AFF at the moment. They were the only team who realistically had a chance of upsetting us in this tournament and they took that chance. To their credit they actually breezed through most of their matches as well (although not to anywhere near the degree we did) but somehow suffered a shock opening defeat to Laos which is why we had to play them in the semi. :d

Agree, again questions raised in defence. It just looked messy. We will get crucified against better opposition if this is what we are dishing up against these countries. Our goals conceded are our own mistakes and not great attacking play by Laos. And if we can win 10-2 in this game in same weather conditions then sorry weather can't be used as an excuse for our performance against Thailand.
Overall still impressed especially in mid and upfront. I really liked the Brooks kid, one to watch in the future I'm sure.
