The kids who have done years sap are a noticeable step up on the kids 2 years ago who had 1 year sap who eere a step up on the previous lot

I play Sunday league in Geelong and just last week my team got smashed 7-0 by pretty much an U15 team who'd all gone through this type of coaching. Their touch was incredible and their movement off the ball was outstanding. Ran rings around us old blokes :lol: :lol: :lol:
