Last week I lost one of my closest friends to suicide, so have started a movember to help raise funds. For me though far more important than my shameless plug is the awareness this movement brings. There is always someone to talk to. Or if you aren't feeling well, go see a doctor. All that can happen is you spend a few dollars to find out you're healthy, or it might just save your life.
