Just read the article today and It's interesting Eric Abrams mentioned that there needs to be more emphasis on defending.

But he also did mention we need to produce more elite players, thought more training like they do in Europe is needed to achieve this.

Interesting so its the new technical director saying these things? What was his reasoning for saying that the NTC failed?

"More training like they do in europe" is very vague. What specifically does this mean?
