does anyone know where to go to find social football games on the northside of melbourne? im in the moreland area.

i need to find something fairly easy going, im coming back from a back injury and my fastest pace is a steady old man jog. i will probably die in my first game and need a couple weeks to recover :)

I used to play in a pick-up game Sunday mornings 11am around the inner northern suburbs. They now play in Merri Park. You can just rock up and join in.

that sounds like a winner. is that on the northcote side of merri creek? im just up the creek a bit on the brunsiwck side.
