I like the new Q, he's a different type of quirky but I think it works.

A return to a young Bond could work. They've had 3 movies of angry Bond.

I've only watch Idris Alba in the first season or two of Luther but my god he would be a horrible choice IMO. He just has not got the charisma needed.

Colin Firth was good in Kingsman ... probably fits the more traditional Bond stereotype though (again not sure if that is their flavour they are going for now)

Must admit I think Bond is getting a little stale with the villain aspect for me ... (same goes for most Super Hero movies). As much as Bond has tried to go a bit more realistic the villains are still too far fetched for me (or unrealistic). Kingsman actually did a good job of satire on that aspect I thought.

I'm for keeping the Bond storey going with the secret agent theme. We have enough techy type movies.

The old style secret agent with techy toys is one of the major themes in Bond films. I'd hate to see them go away from it.

They were picking between Daniel Craig (old-school style secret agent theme) and Henry Cavill (new techy type) at last changeover
