Absolutely. My under 16s vice captain has potential, and despite struggling to get wickets at a junior level, he picked up 12 senior wickets at sub-district 3s level in the last couple of rounds of 2015-16.

I think the biggest challenges for leggies at a junior level is coping with the fact that they will bowl 2 4-balls each over on an average day, wicketkeepers are likely to drop catches/stumping opportunities with a lack of experience at the wicket and many junior batsmen will struggle to hit a talented wrist spinner, reducing the modes of dismissal.

I know nothing about this topic.

Other posters do though. They either coach cricket or have had reasonable coaching when they played in the past, or are still getting it when they currently play.
