The guy who ripped the flare is on there complaining that people in the terrace ratted him out and that 'I 100% agree on NT's decision today. The values are now officially non existent', vaguely indicating that the outrageous act of self-policing is what's behind this.

How do they know NT was responsible for the flare ? it could have been any random  

its looks like mostly young deadshits.  i doubt they would have the patience or commitment to be around anything that long.
