Large house close to everything in Brunswick. Train stop, tram stop, supermarket, quality cafes - all within a 2 minute walk from the front door. Downstairs is the separate dining room, guest toilet, and the large kitchen overlooking the loungeroom that has 2 sets of double doors leading to the deck and outdoor area that has room for parking for one car through rear alley. Upstairs are the bedrooms with the third, smaller bedroom used as the TV room (able to discuss use of this space).

The room available is a large, bright, carpeted room with built in robe that currently fits a king bed with plenty of space left over, with access to a large bathroom with both shower and spa that would be your own, private bathroom. The bedroom also features ducted heating and cooling.

About me, I'm Hutch, a 35yo male who works full time in the corporate world in community engagement. Those two things go together, right? Have the privilege of working from home (about once a week). In my spare time I like cooking (slow roasting and smoking meats are my specialty - so yes, I'm a carnivore), enjoying whisky or good beer (occasionally try to brew my own beer) and catching up with my friends for brunches, lunches and everything in between. During the week I spend my after hours time watching my favourite TV shows, listening to music or playing on my xbox. Weekends are usually spent out and about catching up with friends and family.
