One of the stars of Bayern Munich's youth side apparently is close to moving to man city, with plans to loan him out to Melbourne City or New York. He looks ridiculously composed, sort of like caceres of he could pass better.

Isnt there still that rule about visa players having to be over a certain age?

that's what ive heard.  seems pretty dumb though.  maybe they could let the marquee be any age.  we might get some really good players come hear for the game time.
