It's ok, nothing special. Green shorts and white socks will make it better, otherwise it's just ok.

That away shirt stripe is like lightning. Need to see more pictures. Green shorts priority here.

Stripe on the away top is utterly pointless and shouldn't be there. if you are going to have a sash, have a sash. Also, it doesn't line up with the shoulder. Two colours in the sash is something I personally don't like, although I know some are doing it now. It does sometimes work o.k (eg Atletico Nacional new home kit stripes), but can be very poor. This one looks poor. it looks like a malfunctioning light sabre.
Home top. I've seen better, but it's o.k I guess. Very 2018.
Whatever happens, I hope we go back to green shorts. Virtually every other country is ignoring the FIFA directive to have shorts the same or similar colour to the top. We should too. Especially in the pool matches. We have no colour conflicts with any of the teams

Wish we would go back to the home-shirt badge being green, like back in the day:

Home kit reminds me of this. I don't know, I think people will be okay with it because it's a departure from the norm, but it's pretty meh. The away kit could've been okay but that weird lightning sash ruins it.

The side patch looks weird, unless they bring back the green shorts it would look lame.

Ok so here's my forecast of the reaction to these shirts in the next day or so:
Twitter and Facebook: "puke, no fucking way Im buying one, wtf FFA, who designed this shit, neck yourself designers, cant support my team wearing that shit, looks like my mum's balls" (5% of people with an opinion)
General Public: Meh, not bad. Seen better, seen worse. (95% of opinions)
MEDIA OUTLET HEADLINES: Socceroos Strip widely rejected/slammed/panned as fans threaten to burn shirts in Whitlam Square

The away looks like a training top. It can't be that surely? What's with the Zebra stripes on the sleeves? We're not Bafana Bafana.

+x+x+x[quote]yellow - green is just about the worst color combination imaginable. I know they call it "gold" to make themselves feel unique, but it still looks shit. Whoever came up with that idea should have been beaten with a big stick. Instead they could use blue - white - red, representing the national flag And red - yellow - black for the away shirt, representing the Aboriginal flag What about a combination. Navy Blue and Green with Gold accents. Can anyone do a mock up? I've had a go at a few combinations, what do you think of these?
Would buy #1 tomorrow if it were on sale.

Hasn't Nike largely gone for retro shirts for most other nations?? Would find it a bit strange then they'd go for a completely new design / style for the Socceroos??

Will wait until the full kit comes out to pass judgement but my initial thoughts are that they are utterly horrific. The home kit reminds me of the complete cock up of a Wallabies WC 15 jersey with the ridiculous striped pattern on one sleeve. I am not sure what the significance is of the ridiculous pattern is but it looks like some 3 year old kid has got a hold of the textas and gone nuts when mum wasn't looking. The away kit is always a safe bet but this is the biggest disaster of them all IMO. Navy always provided a classy alternative kit - it was rarely screwed up now they've gone, allegedly (still agree with sentiments above that it looks a training kit) and gone to green. Ok, I can cop the green but what the hell is doing with that random dual laser sash? If you're gonna put a sash on it, put a f#cken sash on it, not some tacky, piss weak spurt of light. Can we actually get anything right at the moment?

I like them both (assuming they are the real deal). Given the away kit is now green though I think the gold of the home kit would have been a better choice for the highlights rather than the fluoro green.

Footy Headlines are reporting green shorts will be used for the home kit. I also thought today was the day. Was it changed, or was it always tomorrow?

It's obviously not the correct shorts and socks because they are COVO not Nike. It looks like something the sports store has put together with the new shirt.
