Geat idea NQ, sign another pensioner. What do you think about the FourFourTwo article Rudan to end his Japanese Nightmare [RUMOUR]? Have your say.

hope not. a tree could dribble a ball past him.
He was a man of specific quirks. He believed that all meals should be earned through physical effort. He also contended, zealously like a drunk with a political point, that the third dimension would not be possible if it werent for the existence of water.

I wouldn't be surprised. Rudan did seem to be suggesting something like this in that article of him the other month.

Wouldnt surprise if he was to go there...A top defender for Sydney and probably the best in season 2 not forgeting his form in 2nd half of year 1 when they went onto win it.

I believe when setting up a new team not only does a club need to look for classy players they need to look for classy people - Mark is a leader. I think NQ will be looking to him for his leadership and experience off the pitch as much as on it. I like it.

Rudan was the man who brought Sydney back into the limelight in season one of the A League. When he started getting game time Sydney looked more solid at the back and developed some heart. Always one of my favorite Sydney FC players. I wish him well wherever he ends up.

an old head at the back for the fury to guide the young guys not a bad idea. i do agree that he is a leader and he would be good at leading from the back.

This rumour has been quashed. Quote: Rudan signs with FC Vaduz 11.12.08 | Andrew Slevison Former Sydney FC skipper Mark Rudan has signed with Liechtenstein club FC Vaduz.
Rudan has linked up with former Sydney FC and Avispa Fukuoka boss Pierre Littbarski and will be a Vaduz player for the next 18 months.
Previously Rudan has had stints at Sydney, Avispa (both under Littbarski) and German club Alemannia Aachen among others.
FC Vaduz plays in the Swiss Super League and is the former home of current Perth Glory striker Jamie Harnwell.

Is he doing special favours for Littbarski? Everywhere he goes Rudan has to follow, if Littbarski went to coach Taliban Utd in the Afghanistan Premier League Rudan would go join them too.
Moving to the Swiss premier league is a big ask at his age.

Did you see them personally? Nah I just saw them over at the bench while Sydney were warming up. Rudan and Talay both were talking to Popovic, Corica and Topor-Stanley. I got a couple of photo's of them talking.
