I don't know why some people keep digging up the past. No matter what the circumstances we are where we are, Des Hasler is no longer the coach and Ray Dib is no longer weaving whatever magic he thought he was weaving. Let it go, move on and enjoy our future, we are on the way up.

Now that's out of the road, last night...... I was unfortunately a captive audient of the broncs v goannas game. I feel somewhat sorry for Bris, really, did every try have to end with that wankoff Ingliss goanna crawl. I thought it was rather pathetic but then again I am not a souffs supporter so I guess I just don't get it. Also I think I have scoped out whinging wayne. He knew that Bris this year was going to be overflowing with inexperience and that's why he bailed, because he is not really that "great" of a coach without the proper cattle and handed it over to Seibold to sort it out.

Skeletor was pushed, and the push started long before seibold was even on whites radar... Can all but guarantee broncs would be in a better position if he was in charge now... Seibold is the one, that as it stands can't do anything with a young squad... They've one of the most talented packs in the comp and skeletor fought tooth and nail to stay...

+x+x+x+xLynn anderson has stated that des hasler is welcomed anytime 2 visit the family club & with no regrets , she also saying he got u2 to grandfinals BUT she didnt say we got smashed in booth , oh dear not a good look saying that lynn , i for 1 not happy with no money in our cap & you did say till 2021 wen we can get cap space back & you want 2 welcome that bogan back prfff no futher comment case close Des wasn't the bloke who signed the cheques ...the fault was Dib's and the kiwi bint. Okay he probably didn't help but again flogging a dead horse. He was not the one who fekked up the salary cap. That was a boardroom stuffup and the board room was adjusted accordingly. I wouldnt consider him off the hook that easy.... Yes he didnt sign cheques but I would be extremely surprised (and concerned) if there is a first grade coach who isnt aware if the cap situation to within 95%. When they say they dont it actually means they know 100%. You're totally missing the point... Its nothing to do with whether des knew the cap situation... Its about corporate governance... Its completely about who signed the cheques whether des suggested the signings or not... In simple terms, you dont allow the lunatics, or mad scientists to run the Looney bin... Unless you endorse that kind of decision making...

dman, the past I am referring to is the blame Des and Dib show... we all know what happened, we didn't like it but, it happened none the less. I am not going to dwell on lost opportunities so I will just move on.

Hardly Bennetts fault mate. He only left because he wasnt guaranteed and future coach role. Broncos had told him. He even tried to stick to his guns and ended in the debacle that was. He has had the last laugh, but blind freddy could see that as soon as those Broncos forwards were touted as best pack in the comp (i nearly choked when I heard that), they never stood a chance. Seibold is still a good coach in my opinion and will get Broncos back to a competitive team next year but they shot this year.

I just watched the last 10 minutes of that game and what a joke that refereeing was. It's obvious the rules state that if are a Melbourne player you can take a player out of play whilst not in possession of the ball. And I am waiting for Annersley to come out and state that Melbourne were far too long in the play the ball, but I won't hold my breath. No wonder people don't take this game seriously.

+x+x+x+x+x+x+xWhat’s wrong with him? Didnt Lichaa have some family member do the same thing under Des when he was last off contract? Sh1t happens..... move on Lichaa, unfortunately it hasn’t worked out between the Club & the player. He he should be thanking the club that gave him another 2yrs when no other club wanted him.... Why does every body have to be (still be) so fucking unkind?? Am I allowed to say that?? 10 in the bin Steve.... Villi I am not as nutty as you think...it is pretty apparent that Michael Lichaa is not going to be a main player going forward and that has been said any number of times. But why not leave it at that. Gnu Brown is in the team this week...see how he goes. I would think that means Foran is going to play and he will be a backup for backs and forwards. But in accepting that Lichaa is not going to be part of the team why does he have to be the subject of every second post...we didn't miss the point in the 10,001 other posts. Okay he hasn't shown the graduation to first grade based on the promise of lower grades...but bashing anyone when they are down is not the best look Who says he is down? The form he is displaying is exactly what we have seen in the last 4 or 5 years. There has been no improvement. He is now dropped because Pay has decided there is no point flogging a dead horse. He in fact you thank Pay who threw him a lifeline as even Des looked like he had enough of him in 2017. Everybody knows that...why flog a dead horse Because we can... Just like you can defend him every time we, he, they do flog it... Suggesting people shouldn't have a crack at him, or suggesting you shouldn't jump to his defence every time a comment is made would be akin to censorship... And thats not what a debate page is about... I defended dutchy and des, still do on occasion, but never questioned someone's right to have a crack... Simply tried to present a different POV, or debated theirs... I reckon DD would say something along the line of "if you don't like it scroll past it"... Ad infinitum and increasing !!

Someone needs to watch the game work out the ptb speed then leak it to the media. Looks like the refs stop watch only works for certain teams.

hounddog, it's not the speed of the ptb that concerns me. As I have mentioned on numerous occasions, it's the inconsistant refereeing that p!sses me off and Annersley and the NRLol are constanty trying to justify the incompetence.

How it works is the timer expires, then some teams get a new timer, also Storm players must get off the tackled player 1 hour after the end of the match ... or the refs will not talk politely to Cam next game.

Good to see the Board continue to make the tough decisions as required... The timing of the leak as always designed to cause maximum collateral damage...
