mitchnewton, the fact that the club tried to hide it would implicate them.

+xdan, fast forward was one of the funniest shows on tv at the time. great cast. It was and all those spin offs and similar shows. Nothing much on nowadays of any worth. Russell Coight about it for good Aussie clean humour and a laugh.

+xF*** the Dragons, f*** Graham, f*** Lafai I hope they get trampled into the dirt tonight. Modern circumstances never change who the ancient enemies are. The Dragons, The Lemons, Easts. Ancient enemies written into our DNA for decades, since our founding even. Nobody usurps them, ever, no matter who plays for them or who they play. EVERYONE wins before them. I hope Burgess slaps Graham from one end of the field to the other. I understand your sentiment about rival teams and we hate em but you'd choose Burgess over Graham, an ex captain of ours to get a premiership ring?

I hope Burgess slaps Graham from one end of the field to the other. Let's face it, none of the remaining teams are teams we actually want to support. My grudging support for the Dragons, is very reluctant for the same reasons.... but basically Roosters NOPE, NOPE, NOPE, Storm, NOPE, NOPE, Souths NOPE, NOPE, Sharks NOPE + NOPE/2, Dragons NOPE. The Sharks are the next best option, or going to the dentist and having all my teeth drilled with no anaesthetic.

Maybe he choosing Damien Cook...I look at it this way...if St George win they would get flogged by rorters...Souths v Rorters would be fights galore and souths have more hope of putting the evil team where they belong

I really don't care who wins it outside it not being any of the ancient enemies in ANY year.
If I had a preference for who's left this year it would be Melb, ONLY because sooner or later some team is gonna go B2B and be the first in the NRL era and if any club deserves to be the first it's Melb because they've been the outstanding club in the NRL era. So for deservin's sake I'll back them home this year.
But it would not bother me at all if it was Souths or Cronulla either, wouldn't bother me at all.
The ancient enemies are the only enemies I got, no matter who plays for them.
I hope Burgess turkey slaps Graham, leaves a chocolate starfish skiddy on his forehead, and t-bags him on the 20m line - because Burgess does not play for one of the ancient enemies and Graham does.

zef, you also remind me of my family....... you would not have grown up in the belmore/greenacre area by any chance (not that any of the old haunting grounds in sydney are recognisable any more).

Close by, Yagoona Sefton around there. And half my family supports the Dragons, the other half Dogs, a smattering of others. Favourite Uncle and Aunty lifelong attend every single f***in' game Souths supporters so I was glad the old boy made it... just... to see them win in '14 even if it was at my expense.

+xyep zef same as me with two factions Dragons/Berries. I was a Juno pde kid. Juno pde is just about royalty. We had cousins in Greenacre which is why my sister and I originally went for the dogs. The girl cousin and the aunt were true blue dogs fans, the less said about my uncle and the boy cousin the better. They made a lot of poor life choices, but footy team was the worst of them. The first time I stayed in Sydney was 2 weeks of luxury at the Greenacre mansion, even then we could sense the envy comming from the Bondi peasants.

Interesting the difference in the amount of media coverage and level of promoted outrage between: 1. a Bulldog player getting naked in front of team mates in a private function with a Telecrap photographer snapping photos from the bushes, and 2. A Souths player taking photos of his genitals and using Facebook to send these pics to a young woman. Can you imagine if no.2 above was a perpetrated by a Bulldogs player.

A season long ban for the whole club and 2 million dollar fine sounds about what we'd get if it was us? :)

Honestly..... how the Fekk is G Sutton the No1 ref in the game?
I hate him just as much as I hate the bloody Roosters!
Nancy..... I said a few days ago that Cam Murray and Victor Radley are the 2 best young forwards in the game..... Cam Murray played brilliantly tonight
CHN & RFM will add so much to our teams edge attack next year.... both are mobile & can offload
3 topics in one post..... Alright.... I’m off

Ben Hunt's brain farts on him again. Is there a worse pressure player in the game?
The bigger the occasion, the bigger the brain fart.
