+xAnd btw, Sportsbet takes outlandish odd bets unlike the TAB. Every week I take a $10 Margin (1-12, 13+) multi (8 games) and I don't take any combo that won't give me at least $1m return for that $10.... which usually include Dogs 13+ in there against whoever. Are they outlandish? They've got your money. No one has ever come close. Like the TAB, every week, free bet if you back fixed odds on a number of races. The fixed odds mostly finish way below the paying price.

+xWatching the Panthers. Commentators wanking over Steven Chrichton. Rightly when he has the ball. In defence, not so. Watch the Dons try from dummy half, Chrichton tags the marker behind his goal line with no one on the outside. That is common with young players, particularly good attacking players. Crichton is great and fully deserves to join his brother at the Dogs.

Not sure what the hell is going on..... but I’ve had a Dogs win & Aston Villa play their final game of the season..... victory secured another season in the Premier League, draw or loss = Relegation especially if Watford wins or draws
Im going to need some of Dman’s whacky tabacky.....

I expect Grealish & Trez to leave and maybe even McGinn to big money transfers.

It was a case of DWZ showing more in attack playing fullback than him not wanting to give Meaney a chance. Dont be too clouded by the win yesterday. Based on the conditions, we had to field a team that could complete sets with fewest errors, kick long and tackle well. In games like that, conservatism is favored over flamboyance. On a dry track, I dont think we win that game. Next week against Parra on a dry track it will be a completely different ball game. I do now believe Meaney is best option at fullback but still believe our attack is well below where it needs to be and this places enormous pressure on the fullback to create something. DWZ is more likely to create a break or run but he is also more likely to create an error. I had to close my eyes everytime he caught a bomb or ran the ball up yesterday as I thought he'd lose it in a tackle. He surprised me

I hadn't seen Klem in a match for a long time. He's got the offload in him now, but still doing that writhe spasm wriggle thing on the ground after every run. There was one time I noticed it happen yesterday & the nearest defender to him was 2 or 3 meters away just walking back without even looking at DK let alone anyone touching him.

I guess 1 out of 3 isn't bad.

We have a good record playing against Klem. I'm just enjoying the win.... Would love to beat Parra, at least we got a confidence boost going into that game. But it should be tough, our side is still lacking some quality in key areas.

I'm just curious.... If Anthony Minichello decided to make a comeback in NRL, will the Roosters miraculously find space within their cap?

Holland’s defence/arm grabbing is horrendous too. Both don’t belong anywhere near 1st grade

Lafai is a better all round player, but forces the odd dumb offload. The problem with Dutchy and Lafai is the occasional bad play, it is a coin toss for me.. If should be a physical game against Parra on that score Lafai is perhaps better suited. Lafai will be keen to get a chance and impress with a view to earning a contract for next year, but that might spill over to forcing the play. The coach should let him know what is expected.

I rated Lafai better than Jmoz and was spewing when Des favoured Morris ahead of him. His form did drop badly when he had his kid and we eventually offloaded him but after 1 year his form returned at the Dragons and he looked the better player again. I'm not sure which Lafai we have now but surely he is a walk-in in this team.

Always made too many handling errors. He is probably worth keeping given the nature of the rule changes but not for too much. If the dragons are offering him more than good luck to him. I don't believe Tolman is asking for an upgrade. He is already being paid way more than he is worth as he signed when Hasler was around and Hasler rated him one of the best props in the comp. So given I expect this to be his last season and considering Elliott may leave it doesn't give us much depth in the backrow. Stimson comes back but he didn't look impressive earlier this season. We'd definitely need to recruit one or two props if we plan on continuing to play Thompson at lock.
