If our team learns to convert the 25-30m gains to 50-60m gains from our sets it allows us to put up attacking kicks rather than long clearing kicks and makes the opposition work it out from their 10 or 20m rather than 30-40m.

We definitely need a 9 that knows what to do inside the opposition 20m. We need plays that give that 9 options. We cant be looking for 1 out plays and just waiting for 5th tackle to put a bomb.

If you havent created a try scoring chance in the 5 tackles prior, it's a failure. The 6th tackle kick is the game giving you a final chance on a repeat set or hail Mary play. 

That was better we need another try before halftime.

Fowards need to run harder and throw fewer passes.

Penrith are a great side to watch, lots of good players, mostly homegrown and they don't whinge to the refs all game.

I was rather disappointed with the raiders v cows match. I wanted the raiders to keep the cows in our reach ( if we can muster a couple of wins) but I didn't want the traitor to get a win either. I guess I was in a lose/lose situation with that game.

RL officialdom is fast descending into farce.  We have just had a professional foul, acknowledged by the referee, go unpunished.  Fast forward to the other end of the field a professional foul is punished by 10 in the bin.  Rationale, they scored. Surely a professional foul is a professional foul and both should be treated equally.

I don't think anything contained in your last sentence is a secret and player managers are certainly aware of who needs what when!

We need a good and smart rake.

As Zef says, we have a 3M warchest and we cant waste it re-signing our average players on big bucks just because we have to spend it.

We need to make it well known that we are wanting to splurge good money on good players and then let them and their managers agitate their way
