Is kick boxing classes good preseason training?

Lot of players do it like pogba and zlatan

Any sport other then the sport you play is great for preseason training. I read somewhere that some OS football teams get their squads to play basketball, boxing etc as it help develop different mussel groups and also changes the players thought process.

Judo is best for strength and balance , but could never find anyone in queensland who did it.
