+x+xi can't believe you get sacked for doing coke. are most clubs this strict? makes afl/nrl look like a kindergarten Probs cause the AFL/NRL clubs can't replace the quality players doing lines because of the smaller talent pool great answer but i do wonder if a key player in the premier league would be able to get away with it?

Absolutely. Everyone with money and rep to throw around does coke mate lol.
He was a man of specific quirks. He believed that all meals should be earned through physical effort. He also contended, zealously like a drunk with a political point, that the third dimension would not be possible if it werent for the existence of water.

Good ”One of Western Sydney Wanderers' favourite sons could be on his way back home with Socceroo striker Tomi Juric in talks to return to his former club.” https://www.smh.com.au/sport/soccer/wanderers-return-looming-for-socceroos-striker-20190731-p52clu.html

Decent addition if he comes. He's been on the Hamburg books for ages but just couldn't make the step to the top level. I like these types of players coming because all their European friends ask how it is and I think a lot of players see it as an increasingly decent destination. Polenz, Schwegler and others have stated their desire to live and play here.

Don't trust anything Bossi writes about Western Sydney Wanderers. He has 2 sky blue eyes. We want him banned from Bankwest Stadium any anywhere west of SOP.

Here is my list of O/S Aussies possibly looking for loans/transfers before all transfer windows shut in the coming weeks: Aaron Mooy - not much chatter Mass Luongo - seeing though he is not playing for QPR first team, he must be moving somewhere this window Tom Rogic - looking very unlikely now Callum Elder - Seems to be third choice for LB at Leicester, probably a good chance to go on first team loan Tyrese Francois - Played a lot of preseason games for Fulham, but not in first team squad last night. Will be interesting to see if they send him on loan or keep him for possible consideration for first team. James Meredith - dropped by Milwall last week, will be interesting if another club picks him up.
Any others I've missed?

Any others I've missed? mile jedinak - news was he was being looked at for macarthur but that means a whole season on the sidelines. i think a few off contracts will be picked up after the windows shut. tomi juric - supposedly staying in europe after turning down a return to wsw there's a bit of internal shitfighting about luongo at qpr. they left him out of preseason and no one has made an acceptable bid. it's not looking good.

How in the world have arguably our best footballers managed to find themselves on the outer at the majority of their clubs? Is tt the fact that they are Aussies that they can't get deals over the line? is there extra costs by being a non-EU player, clubs paying for travel. Or are these guys actually not that good? This shouldn't be happening.

I never thought Luongo had much of an ego, neither Tom Rogic, nor Mooy. But certainly it could be an attitude factor. they were all bar for Mooy who is the undisputed best player at Huddersfield, been their clubs best player at different times in the past. Now that things have changed, and they may not be in the managers plans, the clubs are being extra reluctant to sell them for anything less than their worth. SO their could be a little bit of background intervention in their stallings.

luongo gone from qpr to an unnamed club. maybe another club is about to exit a midfielder but needs the replacement kept quiet so they can max their other deal. https://theworldgame.sbs.com.au/how-luongo-contract-blunder-could-cost-qpr-millions"sources in the UK have confirmed that Luongo’s four-year Loftus Road tenure is over and he will leave in the coming days for an undisclosed fee."

His CV seems to be less than impressive, especially as he was recently playing NPL 2.
