But seriously, a decent boss is always hard to come by. That is the main factor imo, not the company, pay or perks on paper.

A company where your boss doesnt ignore signs of bullying.  Suggests the victim leave instead of confront the issue . Pays you well . Treats you right. Gives praise when warranted but also dolls out harsh truths when needed. A place where you can turn up and enjoy working there for 8 or more hours 

I’m  interested to know if you include the criteria of atmosphere, pay and benefits which would be the best company to work for?
