I heard this from someone who has some inside knowledge about the club. I was a bit surprised not to find anything about it online so I thought I'd share it here.

Looks like he's coming from a good level, but why is he coming out here so young? What's his attitude like?

No attitude problems at all. It's hard to say why it didn't work out exactly. Everytime it looked like he might break through he picked up an injury. He probably just really wants to be a regular starter somewhere and our director of sports hates selling players to teams from the same league.

Thanks for the inside info. If he's quality then i'm happy. Lost our two best cbs so need a quality replacement.

Strange we haven't heard anything about Spira. If he goes to another a-league club ill be slightly annoyed since we nursed him back to health last season.
