I bought the January issue of UK 442 yesterday its a very good magazine indeed and it had 186 pages...

It cost £4.10 whereas the 'strayan edition of 442 with its meagre 98 pages costs $8.50....

I'm afarid the boys at 'strayan 442 are short changing their customers[-x

So were the air fares worth it? How much was it after it had been sent here and changed to the Aussie dollar? I'm guessing it was around $14.

Yeah but dont forget the UK edititon has to employ several proper football journalists to actually write the stories whereas the 'strayan edition of 442 has a couple of wannabe's copying and pasting most of its 'content'....

I dont think youre in a position to be labelling other people wannabes. If youre so anti-FFTAU then maybe you should stop making them rich by logging on to their site and buying their magazine.

So let me get thsi straight...the australian mag costs $8. The british mag costs £4.10 wihch equates to atleast $10, then when you add on freight you're looking at around $15-18 a magazine depending on your news agent. And you're complaining because you get the same articles for less???#-o

If you don't like the mag, why do you buy it?? And then why do you come on here to whinge about it?? Don't you have anythign better to do? Get a job, or go fly a kite or something.

It's actually good when there aren't fuck-muppets having a whinge. And as I've said countless times, I'd rather be on here than watching television. I'm not sure if that's a statement about how much I like football or how pathetic Australian television is.

So Fozz, you never told us how much you actually paid for the english version of the mag. £4.10...you just happened to have a £10 note in your pocket and paid the £4.10 like the mag said, or did your Newsagent charge you the extortionate $14 for the mag like my local one does??

Do you get a different exchange rate in england aswell?? because £4.10 is around $9.30, and then you have to allow for freight...
