A ground breaking debut work by Melbourne film maker Niv Novak who slowed down time 40 times to capture every tiny movement of the muscles. Even though his main subjects were World Class ballet dancers, he expanded his work onto field of gymnastics, inviting Australian leading Rhythmic Gymnast Alexandra Kiroi-Bogatyreva. Who is currently in a process of qualifying for her spot on the Australian Olympic Team via Continental quota.
