Yep, high 3000s but still not great numbers if it is a true indicator.

I just don't know how to feel about this. We've seen glimpses of what he can do, but this just seems like Slory all over again. I'm willing to give him a chance but I can't help but feel a lot of fans will turn on him quickly if he doesn't deliver from the start of the season.

I think all the players are still training ahead of the Villareal match.

Palanca showed some improvement towards the end of the season, but personally I think his visa spot is too important not to use on either a) Boogaard's replacement or b) a proven goal scorer.

According to Val, Palanca's moving on and Adelaide are getting a new kit sponsor.

Palanca will be leaving the club after the Villarreal game and the club is planning on sign a striker (whether or not that's Luca Toni), a midfielder and a defender to replace Boogaard, according to Petrillo.

Luca Toni would be amazing but we need to make sure he gets the service. If we have our first 11 out every week then no problem, but the second we lose Carrusca again we're stuffed. Getting some cover for him can't be underestimated or neglected, it may cost us our season.

Any chance jamieson is on his way back after leaving perth ?

Do we need him? Elrich and Marrone have the fullback positions, with Goodwin already providing cover at LB and jamieson can't play RB as far as I know. Need a CB more than Jamieson surely, although I do rate him.

I would rate jamieson over marrone and then elrich back to RB. Marrone back up even mabye trial at CB ?

Jamieson is going to WSW. Trust me. Plus we don't need him at all anyway.

Better for both parties. We need the best CB we can afford to lead the line, don't need Jamieson.

we didnt miss out for him either as we didn't go for him ?
he would of been a handy get but any young CB with his experience would of been we defiantly need to go find a quality CB hopefully Elsey can stand up but after his injury he has a year set back.

Cant we look in asia for a cb or striker dont we get an extra spot if they are in asia ?

I assume you mean for the ACL, in which case yes, it's a 3+1 rule

Any good strikers from the ACL we can have a look at ? still remember Qu what we wouldn't do to have a striker who can finish like he could in the team right now.
